COVINGTON, Ky. (Larry Davis) -- The Waterfront Restaurant was on the move again Friday. This time with a little help from towboats. They moved the barge downriver to a marina along River Road in Taylorsport. That's where crews will evaluate the waterfront and do any repairs. A maintenance workers almost fell into the water Thursday when the floating restaurant broke free, much like it did with diners aboard in 2011. Owner Jeff Ruby says he wants to reopen the Waterfront at Covington Landing next spring.
