IEBC failed to prove if the election transmission system was verifiable

The supreme court has found the IEBC guilty of disregarding the elections law and the constitution in conducting last month’s presidential elections. The majority report of Supreme Court judges on Presidential petition filed by NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga notes the electoral body failed to prove that the system used in transmission of elections results was simple, verifiable and accountable. The IEBC was also found culpable of blatantly disregarding court order to grant access to server.
