Migori governor Okoth Obado will spend the weekend in police custody awaiting arraignment in court on Monday in connection with the murder of University Student Sharon Otieno.  The embattled county chief was arrested Friday morning and spent the better part of the day at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations recording statements.
