Tanzania has resolved to ease trade restrictions on Kenyan goods during a bilateral meeting in Dar es Saalam. A joint communique signed by Kenyan and Tanzanian officials resolved that Kenyan textile products be accorded preferential treatment in Tanzania while cement, confectionery products, edible oils and lubricants.
