Here we see the Class 40 Preservation Society (CFPS) locomotive D335 going about her daily business on a very quiet Saturday on the East Lancashire Railway.  The location is Summerseat where we see this veteran engine departing towards Bury Bolton Street amidst an array of station flora.  Along with Irwell Vale, this is a very quiet and peaceful location apart from where I am standing - the line passes over a bend in the road with a lot of traffic noise.  The driver of the locomotive is Adrian Henderson and the date is Saturday 9th June 2007.
