Hi, today I am here to share a recipe with you for rhubarb custard. I am going to show you how to use the serrated paring knife to cut up the rhubarb. As we all know, rhubarb has a little bit tougher skin on it. By using the serrated paring, you can see how easy it is to cut the rhubarb. 

Our paring knife has very fine serration, which makes it very easy to cut through the broccoli stems or asparagus, even Brussels sprouts. The fine serration makes a nice addition to the paring line we have. We also have tomato knives with a serrated edge and by combining the two we think we have came up with a great knife. 

Rhubarb Custard Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix, any 2 layer brand
4-5 c. chopped rhubarb, uncooked
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream, heavy cream

Directions:
Mix cake mix according to directions on package. Pout into a 9 x 13" pan. cover with chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream (heavy cream) over ingredients in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
