The judiciary will soon lack powers to protect governors and cabinet secretaries from being impeached if senate adopts the impeachment procedures bill. Senators who support the bill want the impeachments proceedings shielded from the courts claiming governors should have no recourse once the process is concluded by the senate. The proposed bill however locks out the public from participating in the removal of their governor.
