The board chairman of the national medical stores Dr Jotham Musinguzi has appealed to health minister Ruth Aceng to pay attention to current levels of financing, which he says are not in tandem with the current population trends. 
Dr Musinguzi was addressing a meeting at the imperial royale hotel to mark the 25th year anniversary of the national medical stores.
