Kenya and Oman to sign a double taxation agreement

Kenya and Oman will sign a double taxation agreement that will seek to abolish multiple taxes imposed on goods from the two countries. The agreement is expected to triple the value of trade between the two countries which currently stands at 25 billion shillings. Oman has also agreed to partner with Kenya in the development of Kenya’s nascent oil and gas industry.
