15 suspects arraigned in court for engaging in examination malpractice

15 suspects have been arraigned at a court in Kisii for allegedly engaging in examination malpractice in the ongoing Kenya Certificate of Secondary Examinations. The suspects were arrested at a premise near Monianku secondary school in Gucha south as they were photocopying a Chemistry paper. The arrests came as the government stepped up surveillance on the exams which entered day two on Tuesday.
