On this episode of Spicochist Reviews, I review the "Jose Mendoza" burger from Killer Burger. There are four locations in the Portland and SW Washington area, and I went to the one in Vancouver, WA.

It's a 1/3 lb patty with bacon, roasted green chiles, jack cheese, smoky house sauce, grilled onions, and pickles. The roasted chiles make this a great burger, and the tangy, smoky house sauce brings it all together. Very mild, so I'd add a little more heat to it. The fries come with the burger. Nicely salted, golden brown, and extra crispy. A very high 4/5 pandas overall.

FYI, they still have their "Marine" challenge burger on the menu. As far as I know, that burger must be eaten in the store and cannot leave the premises. And of course, you have to sign a waiver. One of the few challenges I don't plan on doing ever again. That one was painful.
