Plum LLP plans to buy a 23.34 percent stake in Britam that had been seized by the government of Mauritius from Dawood Rawat, a businessman, last year. Plum says it expects the acquisition to be completed by end of next month and would raise its shareholding in Britam to 38.54 percent.
