Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chair Wafula Chebukati has been taken to court over his decision to bar his former deputy Connie Maina and commissioners Paul Kurgat and Margaret Mwanchama from accessing their offices. In a case filed before the High Court, two lobby groups are accusing Chebukati of overstepping his mandate and acting in personal interest. Ben Chumba reports.
