A word in a sentence whose role is to indicate an attribute of a verb. Adverbs are the words which describe a verb in terms of manner, place, and time of occurrence. Usually, for explaining grammar to the learners we may also say that adverbs end with “-ly”. In the concept of adverbs please take care about prepositions when you are talking about the place and time. 
         This video presents few examples of verbs and related descriptive words which give extra information about verbs. This way, we need to make a list of verbs and try to add descriptive words to those verbs. Story books and dictionary will help you a lot. Whenever you find adverbs make a list and try to use them wherever applicable in your day-to-day life.
