INGREDIENTS4 boiled potatoessaltpepper1 egg70g Parmesan cheesespeckscamorza cheese breadcrumbs3 hardboiled eggsolive oil DIRECTIONS1. Boil and mash the potatoes2. Season with salt, pepper, egg and Parmesan cheese.3. Blend in the speck and scamorza cheese into the potato mixture.4. Cover the bottom of a bread pan with breadcrumbs and add half of the potato mixture.5. Place the eggs in the center and cover them with the remaining mixture.6.
