MPs dismayed at overcrowding, absenteeism in health facilities

Legislators on parliament’s health committee have expressed their dismay at the state of health facilities in Hoima district. The MPs, who were touring the district’s health facilities, were shocked at the level of overcrowding, the lack of drugs and the absence of health workers at the hospitals and health centers they visited.
