The government will source for locally developed software solutions directly from innovators after setting up a white box testing lab. The white box will be used to test applicable solutions for agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing and affordable housing. ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru said incorporating ICT in the Big Four Agenda will help speed up the process as well as grow the local tech industry.
