So proud of our member Cindy. She saw us first at a health expo and asked "how does that not kill your back?". We explained the RKC system to her and she was very intrigued. She signed up for a one month trial class. 

She has a medical history that included shoulder surgeries and knee problems. 

And here we are now, 4 months later. We are so proud of her!
