Rear shock absorber linkage maintenance mystery

Problem & my solution explained on a 2013 - 2018 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R, tools needed & torque specifications are also below. 55 mm long bolts (2) and 77 mm bolt (1) need 14mm wrench, 25 ft-lb. 114 mm bolts (2) need 17 mm wrench, 44 ft-lb. Bolt heads are towards the exhaust system, on the high side when leaning parked on kickstand. If exhaust pre-chamber is in your way, separate from header pipes and move out of the way. (Pre-chamber mounting bracket 30 ft-lb, muffler body mounting bolt 18 ft-lb) Lubricate needle bearings and bolts to prevent corrosion with grease. Rear shock mounting measurements: (Bolts are out-of-round & tapering, wider at the head) Old bolt 55 mm, dia 9.90 - 9.88 mm, sleeve hole 10.24 mm, clearance = 0.34 - 0.36 mm New bolt 55 mm, dia 9.90 - 9.88 mm, sleeve hole 10.25mm, clearance = 0.35 - 0.37 mm Old bolt, lower 114 mm, dia 11.92 - 11.90 mm, sleeve hole 12.09 - 12.07mm, clearance = 0.15 - 0.19 mm Old bolt, upper 114 mm, dia 11.92 - 11.90 mm, sleeve hole 12.10 mm, clearance = 0.18 - 0.2 mm New bolt 114 mm, dia 11.92 - 11.91mm, sleeve hole 12.10 - 12.09mm, clearance = 0.17 - 0.19 mm Old bolt 77 mm, dia 9.92mm, sleeve hole 10.07mm, clearance = 0.15 mm
