PSK rejects amendments draft to KFADA bill.

The pharmaceutical society of Kenya (PSK) has rejected amendments to the draft Kenya Food And Drugs Authority Bill that seeks to establish a joint regulator for the food and health sectors in the country. The PSK is faulting the ministries of health and agriculture for failing to involve all stakeholders in the process saying if enacted into law it will affect the management and quality of service in both sectors.
