Health ministry to roll out new HIV treatment regime

The Ministry of health is in the final stages to start the roll out of a new HIV/AIDS drug to the first line regimen for adults. 

According to Dr. Musinguzi the program manager of the AIDS Control Program at the ministry of health, all patients above the age of 10 will now gradually be substituted to the new combination expected to be concluded by the end of 2019.
