ICIPE is reducing carbon emissions through the use of solar energy to power some of its operations. The 250 million shillings Solar Photovoltaic Plants are part of a greening initiative that comprises energy saving and water harvesting, as well as conservation measures to make ICIPE’s environment more eco-friendly.
