In this video, I’m doing some shirt work for bench press, a critical component of equipped powerlifting. Using a bench press shirt helps with maximal loads and teaches the lifter to effectively use the shirt to assist in lifting heavier weights. This type of training is essential for developing control, positioning, and maximizing the shirt’s support during competition lifts.

Watch as I work on adjusting to the shirt, focusing on bar path, setup, and handling heavier loads that would be otherwise impossible without the equipment. Shirt work helps build both strength and technique for equipped bench press, and this session is all about refining those skills.

If you're looking to improve your bench press in a shirt or want to learn more about equipped powerlifting, this video is packed with valuable insights and tips.
