West Pokot gov't commence distributing relief food

The county government of West Pokot has commenced the distribution of relief food to hunger stricken families in the county. The exercise was launched by area governor John  Lonyangapuo in Kacheliba,  Pokot north Sub County an area that witnessed a total crop failure last year due to poor rains and fall army worms. Lonyangapuo said the county plans to set up food reserves to ensure nobody dies of hunger in the area.
