The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission says it will not cancel the 2.5 billion shillings ballot papers printing tender given to Dubai-based Al-Ghurrair Printing and Publishing Company. The Commission says it acted within the provisions of the constitution in awarding the tender and will not allow external forces to influence its decisions.
