Commission on Revenue Allocation identifies 34 counties as marginalized

The Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) has identified more than 1000 sub-locations in 34 counties as marginalized. CRA says 17 billion shillings from the equalization fund will be disbursed to foster development. The commission has further identified Waata, Makonde, Elmolo and Dorobo-Saletia as minority groups deserving specific projects to help improve their social economic conditions.
