World International Peace Day marked in Garissa

The World international peace day was marked in Garissa, with Deputy county commissioner, Hiddi Galgallo, flagging off a 100km peace walk, from Garissa to Dujis, in Balambala constituency. The walkers will be spreading the word of peace and the need to reduce conflict among clans, during this prolonged drought. The peace day brought together organisations such as SUPKEM, Walk of Hope and the Red Cross.
