The Commission on Revenue Allocation has proposed a new revenue sharing formula that will reward devolved units for revenue collection. Under the proposed formula that takes effect from the next financial year, counties will get an extra 20 shillings for every 100 shillings they collect. The draft formula also increases revenue allocations to counties by 21 billion
