Microsoft Excel Tutorial: Effortlessly Print Grade Book with One Student Per Page.

Welcome back to the MrExcel Netcast! In today's episode, we have a question from Steve, a teacher who is looking for a way to print his grade book with one student per page. While this may seem like a waste of paper, it can be a tedious task to manually add page breaks for each student. But fear not, because I have a solution that will save you time and effort.

First, go to File and select Page Setup. Make sure to specify the area you want to print and include the necessary information, such as assignments, in the rows to repeat at the top. You can also make any other adjustments, such as changing the margins or adding a date in the header or footer. Once you're done, click OK.

Next, go to Print Preview and click on the Margins button. Here's where the magic happens. Carefully adjust the lower margin so that it falls between the first and second student. When you let go, you'll see that the first page only has the first student, and the second page has the second student, and so on. This is a much easier and faster way to achieve the desired result without manually adding page breaks for each student.
