Semi driver facing charges after deadly crash on Columbia Parkway

MT. ADAMS, Ohio (WKRC) - The driver of a tractor trailer now faces charges after a deadly crash.

Tiffany Davis was indicted for vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter. Police say Davis tried to make an illegal U-turn while heading east on Columbia Parkway at the base of Mt. Adams in August.

Jordan Alexander was going the same direction on her motorcycle in the lane just to the left of the truck. The semi turned into her path, and Alexander was killed.
