In this video, I’m demonstrating the Floor Press, a fantastic exercise for building chest and triceps strength. The floor press is a great accessory movement for improving your bench press lockout and developing pressing power through the triceps and chest. By pressing from the floor, the range of motion is reduced, allowing you to handle heavier weights and focus on the upper portion of the lift.

I’ll take you through the setup, form, and key tips to make the most of this exercise. The floor press forces you to keep your upper back tight, minimize leg drive, and isolate the chest and triceps. This makes it an excellent tool for increasing lockout strength in your bench press and developing tricep power for pressing movements.

If you’re looking to improve your bench press, increase triceps strength, or just add variety to your upper body workout, floor presses are a great addition to your routine. Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more strength training tips and techniques!
