Kenya is realigning public funding to high priority projects that will have a positive effect on the vulnerable populations as well as the social welfare of Kenyans. National Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich says the Big Four Agenda is aligned to the Social Development Goals that Kenya is well on track to deliver on.
