The gas crises in New York continues in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. Gas stations are out of gas and the few that still have some gas are swamped. Fights are breaking out and people are even getting killed over a bit of gas. About half of the gas stations in New Jersey are out of gas or not operating due to power outages. New York City is out of gas. Now, people are flocking to small towns in Upstate New York to get gas for their generators and vehicles. Sadly some people are coming with multiple containers, making the wait for a pump even longer and leaving less gas behind for those in need. Do not let this happen to you. Be prepared.
