HEY ITS ME!

Sorry it's been a while - I just got back from Florida, and last weekend I attended and worked at The Arnold Classic. This was such an amazing experience and a much needed break from work/training/dieting etc.
I ended up weighing in a few pounds up from this past week, but that's OKAY. Since I use Avatar Nutrition (www.avatarnutrition.com) I was able to switch my goal to maintenance to get my weight back under control and then get back to lean muscle mass.
