In case you all forgot who I am, it's me! Desb!!

Long time  no chat - and this video will tell you why. I have been slaving working on my fit guide and 8 week challenge that comes out August 27th - this is going to be the best thing ever but man, it has been a piece of work.

In the beginning we went to the Katy Hearn Gym for a PowerBUFFGirls meet up, and it was amazing.
