More than 500 shareholders of the Eden park country gardens in Segera area in Nanyuki Laikipia County have received title deeds marking the end of a protracted tussle over ownership of the land. The shareholders were embroiled in a dispute with a local clergyman who claimed the 4200 acres parcel of land was rightfully his.
