After weeks of lighting up an immense amount of caves, abandoned mineshafts, and ravines, the mob flusher is really getting up to speed! The "Flusher" (or perhaps just the "Flush"?) is a full scale version of my new design for an independently self-flushing multi-tiered mob item farm that I built in survival on my home world. Each of modules independently completely flushes itself when triggered by an adjustable density of mobs. It has a 20x20 outside dimension, and while using a fair amount of redstone, it uses only 4 pistons per module of 312 spawning spaces each (290 if you exclude spiders). This build uses 4 modules. By constructing it off of a netherportal over an ocean, and carefully excluding any spaces that are three high or more, I am able to also collect enderman with the waterstreams.
