East Price Hill man accused of sending explicit pictures to undercover officer

CINCINNATI (WKRC) - An East Price Hill man is accused of sending explicit pictures to what he thought was a 12-year-old girl. Kevin Winterman is charged with importuning and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.

According to court papers, Winterman sent the messages to an undercover officer on Oct. 10 through Facebook. In addition to sending the pictures, he's also accused of trying to set up a meeting for sex.

Police arrested Wintermanon Dec. 6. He's set to appear in court on Friday.
