Detective Comics #945 continues the Vicitm Syndicate arc and hits right at the heart of the issue. Are the actions of Batman and his team justified or do they just leave innocent victims in their wake? After being visited by the first victim, Spoiler wakes up in her hospital room to find Batman and her friend ready to question here about the incident and that becomes the ongoing theme. While very little happens in terms of action, save a quick scene with Azrael, a lot more gets developed in each character. James Tynion IV has done a really good job justifying the complaint of the Victim Syndicate in Detective Comics #945, to the point where you can clearly see both sides of the story. Definitely a book worth reading.
