My good friend and business partner Olivier explains why he isn’t concerned with the stock market or real estate prices, and justifies why he just bought a $3M condo in New York. It’s a pretty long debate but as I explain in the beginning, its great insight to see how the other side is looking at things and how some people are preparing for this market down turn. On one hand you have people like me who are patient and waiting and concerned, and then there are some people who on a long term scale aren’t spooked at all. Whether there is a recession, stock market crash or housing bubble, as long as you plan ahead you will be good.
