I made these Reuben Sandwich Sliders with some Homemade Pastrami that I made. Here are 2 great Pastrami videos. The first Pastrami video is totally homemade, and the 2nd video I used store bought corned beef to make Pastrami by smoking it.

While this is in no way an Authentic Reuben Sandwich, I did want to use Rye bread instead of slider buns to keep this sandwich somewhat close to a Deli Reuben Sandwich.
I was considering making my own Russian dressing for this recipe, but decided to use thousand island dressing since slider recipes are supposed to be easy. If you wanted to make your own Russian dressing, here is the recipe.
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup plus 2 to 3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons chopped curly parsley leaves
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced Spanish onion
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon minced dill pickle
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
