This is a great way to make Turkey. It cuts your cooking time by 3/4 and you don't have to worry about a dry turkey because of the sausage stuffing. I did this on my weber in a cast iron skillet, but it could be done in the oven as well. I used the skillet to retain the juices and the butter I was basting it with. If you haven't tried this, give it a shot.
