This is a pork butt that I injected with Tony Chachere's Prailine Honey Ham Injectable Marinade. I also used it as my rub binder in place of mustard or olive oil. I have to say that this turned out way better than I expected. The injection kept it extremely moist, and it is loaded with flavor. This will not be the last time I use this as my injection.
