We look at an old Colonial-era farm house, which a buisness of sorts was added onto it. On top of the huge building added on, there's a giagantic parking lot, which is hardly ever used. From about 100 feet in back of the house, they chopped down a lot of woodland to build this place, and it's parking lot.

What's the ironic part?
