These are the Montgomery Man-Powered Elevators, connecting the lower-level parking, and the main terminal at Worcester Regional Airport, Worcester, Massachusetts.
They are a bit dirty, and neglected, but do alright for their purpose. Surprisingly, there's no mechanical elevator here. Pretty dumb idea, if you ask me.
Again, this was done during the busy hours at the airport, as shown by the overcrowded parking lot, and difficulty crossing the street to get to my car. (lol)
