Wilcox Tunnel in Chattanooga closing for six months

Starting today, the Wilcox Tunnel will be closed for six months. The city of Chattanooga is spending $2 million dollars on an upgrade including safety improvements and brighter lights. The 83-year-old tunnel will reopen in February.
