Officials are unsure when Highway 64 in Polk County will be reopened after the third major rockslide there in four years.

TDOT crews have started to remove debris from the mountain, but there's no way to know how long clean up will take.
Repairing rockslides in the Ocoee can cost millions of dollars. And area businesses lose money every day the road is closed.

Whitewater rafting in the gorge was shut down Thursday, but may resume today.

Officials say the latest rockslide was spurred by all the rain this year - about 20 inches more than average.

Authorities say there are still cracks in the mountainside, and until its stabilized, half of the hill could come down at any moment.
