Property developers in Samburu, Marsabit and Isiolo counties have been warned against erecting buildings without compliance certificates from National Construction Authority. The National Construction Authority’s Upper Eastern Manager Festus Mariera such investors risk sinking their cash into drain as such structures will be pulled down without notice.
