Worker killed in fall from West Chester worksite identified

WEST CHESTER, Ohio (WKRC) - A worker at a West Chester business has died after a fall. On Wednesday, The Butler County Coroner identified him as Terry Wogenstahl, 64.

Wogenstahl was dismantling a tower at Hanson Pipe on Crescentville Road when he fell about 80 feet, according to West Chester Township spokesperson Barb Wilson. He was working for JTF Construction.

Emergency crews got the call at about 9:44 a.m. The Butler County Coroner also responded.

West Chester Police and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) are investigating.
