Yes, we all have normal bacteria on our skin, in our nose, in our mouth and in our gut. These are good for kids and its important that they should not be tampered with. Sometimes, the good bacteria can become harmful like a kid may keep picking his nose and then develop a boil on his nose or around his mouth because of that.. nnThese are what we call normal commensals and they are always there and are needed for digestion, and for maintaining a normal microbial flora in our body..
